Preparation of test panels:
1.噴涂底材：ABS塑膠板
1. Substrate: ABS plastic plates
2.前處理：用清潔劑擦拭面油污及塵粒
2. Surface pretreatment: Removing grease and dust, with detergent.
3.漆膜厚度：20～25ｕｍ （空氣噴涂）
3. Film thickness: 20~25μm（air spray coating）.
4.預干燥：60℃ X 5min+UV800～1000mg/cm2
4. Pre-drying: 60℃ X 5min+UV800～1000mg/cm2
注意事項：
Notes:
1、涂料應密封貯存于陰涼處，防水、防曬、防高溫、遠離火源。
1. Sealed and stored in the dry and cool environment. Kept away from water , sunshine, high-temperature and fire.
2、涂料在室溫下不開罐的貯存期為半年。
2. Storage period of coating is half a year in room temperature under tank sealing condition.
3、底漆在各自工藝條件下完全固化后方可使用該涂料。依據不同的底漆或基材附著不好的現象可能發生，使用前請確認。
3. The primer must be cured thoroughly before application of UV coatings, otherwise the poor adhesion may occur.
4、使用前請用400目的濾網過濾。
4. Filtered with 400# silk gauze before use.
5、涂料光固化前要有足夠的溫度和時間預烘干，否則會影響到漆膜性能。
5. The UV coatings must have enough pre-drying before UV curing, otherwise the film properties may be influenced.
